HOW DID YOU START BARTENDING?
I was a head waiter at a restaurant and bar training to be a bartender.  One busy night a bartender didn’t show up for his scheduled shift so they threw me back behind the bar and I’ve been tending ever since. 
 

WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT BARTENDING? 
I really like most things about bartending.  Mostly I like meeting great people, working in a fun environment, and of course the money. 

NAME AN ANNOYING THING A CUSTOMER HAS DONE TO YOU. 
The most annoying thing a customer does are wave their hands in my face when I’m helping someone else, then when I get to them they don’t know the whole order.  Finally, when I tell them the price they don’t have their money ready. 
 

WHAT DO YOU THINK ARE THE BEST QUALITIES ABOUT WORKING AT O’NEILLS? 
There are so many great qualities about working at O’Neills.  It is almost like a family working at O’Neills.  It starts with the owner Jim O’Neill, who treats all his employees with the utmost respect.  We all enjoy working together and it shows because we all hangout outside of O’Neills.  We also have the best customers around that are loyal to us and keep us busy all year round. (Note:  I agree with this whole answer-Dave)
 

WHAT IS YOUR PERSONAL DRINK OF CHOICE?
My drink of choice is Heineken when I’m drinking beer and Captain and Coke when I’m not. 
 

WHAT IS THE BEST SHOT YOU MAKE?
The best shot I make is called Heaven.  It’s an O’Neills special, so come in and try it. 
 

WHO IS YOUR FAVORITE DJ?
Without question, it is DJ Dave. 
 

WHAT STYLE OF MUSIC DO YOU LIKE BEST?
Everything, if it’s good.
